Today was finally back squat day! This week we’ve been a bit off schedule because of coach’s birthday wod and basically kicking our own asses every other day as well! I was excited to get under the bar and knock out some squats!

I worked up to 195×3 and for the first time in a long time I felt absolutely no pain in my hips!

21 KB swings (53;35)

12 pull ups

As I expected, the running was the worst part. I despise running, I suck at it, and I’m not fast. Especially those 400 meters….they kill me every single time! I did the KB swings unbroken every round and the pull ups unbroken the first 2 rounds….the final round I split it up into 6 and 6. It was fun!!!! Practicing pull ups with a weighted vest made them seem incredibly easy today!!!!
