Max pushups

Each round, I tried to stay between 15-20 pullups and 20-25 pushups. My fifth round, however, I only got to 13 pullups and 18 (or 19? who remembers..) pushups. I surprisingly liked this wod and for someone who hates running, it didn’t seem all that bad! The 400m of doom is getting easier!

We are snatching and squatting tomorrow… can you think of a more delicious combo?! I am ALWAYS excited to work on snatching… remember the 10,000 hour rule… practice, practice, practice, and more practice!
