I got a little caught up watching Breaking Bad and breaking in my new and beautiful RX jump rope… a lot of people asked where I got it, so here ya go:

I got a little excited and was feeling really good and energized so I kind of added some goodies in there.. 😉

7 kipping pullups

30 second row

20 abmat situps/v-ups

For 2 of the rounds, I did abmat sit ups. For two rounds, I did v-ups. For another round, I did KB swings, and for the last round I did weighted GHD situps with a 10# medicine ball.

Then I ca$hed out with 20 wall balls.
