Yesterday was FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am home for the weekend and of course my first stop was my home gym and favorite place on this planet, Crossfit Haven. It was so good to see everyone…. I can’t NOT smile when I’m there!!!!!
Clean and Jerk: 3×5 @ 75% (Up’d the weight on these because my 75% felt strangely light….a new PR in my near future, I hope!)
Front Squat: 3×5 @ 75%
The wod was so much fun…. and I felt great throughout the entire thing! Strong, energized, and didn’t stop moving. After doing met cons by myself for so long, the atmosphere with a bunch of people and music and a real clock to countdown sent all kinds of adrenaline rushing through me! I felt like a lion that’s been trapped in a cage and then got released into the wild.
MET CON: 7 MINUTE AMRAP

Snatching 4 times a week made those power snatches feel like nothing! Such a great little burner.
Then later on I went back in to do some airdyne sprints, row sprints, and practice some butterfly pullups and muscle ups.
