I’M BACK FOR THANKSGIVING AND AT MY FAVORITE PLACE ON THIS PLANET!!!!! WOOOO!!!!! I get a week off of dealing with Crapsville, Illinois and do some fun things in some real civilization!

Clean: 3×5 @65%

10 MINUTE EMOM:

1 power clean+ 1 front squat + 1 hang squat clean (NO DROPPING THE BAR!)

Then….

Back Squat: 5×5 @ 75% (My knee started to hurt so I lowered the weight…. >:[ )

Then….

10 MINUTE EMOM

5 deadlifts @ 205/315

In remaining minute, row for max distance

I Love deadlifts but this shit was rough….. around minute 5 the deadlifts felt like I was pulling my 1RM.. and my knee started to hurt. But I finished that sucker out and called it a day!

Made the extra effort to roll out and stretch my entire body out today and spend 8 or so minutes on the airdyne to cool down. Then fooled around with some pullups and BAM! Great start to Thanksgiving break!
