Today was a strange sort of day. As we’ve discussed before, I don’t sleep and I usually function at a pretty high level throughout the day, no matter how much stuff is going on. Today, though, I felt like total crap pants. My body was achy, my head was pounding, and I was actually starting to nod off… DURING CLASS! That never happens! So I took a long-ass 3 hour nap (yes, 3 hours……HOW MUCH SLEEP I USUALLY GET AT NIGHT…) and woke up pretty confused. I was going to take a rest day today, but decided that I had stuff I wanted to do and people I wanted to see.

Odd minutes: 5 man makers (started off with 45# dumbbells, but had to drop down to 35#)

4x400m run, near maximal effort, 20 second rest between sets

I’m pretty exhausted. Lots of good stuff today, and I feel like a million bucks. Apparently I’m in some sleep debt!
