Today after my last final I zoomed home and made it in 3 hours. 3 HOURS!!!!! ON A RIDE THAT’S SUPPOSED TO TAKE AROUND 4 HOURS!!! Not trying to advocate speeding here, just saying that I fu#kin flew! I was too excited to get home and get to my gym!
Hip Snatch: 3×3 @ 60%
Snatching turned into a little EMOM, which I kind of flip flopped every other minute
12 MINUTE EMOM:
Even minutes: 1 snatch deadlift+1 snatch pull+1 power snatch+ 1 full snatch
Odd minutes: 3 touch and go power snatches+ 2 overhead squats
Banded Front Squat: 3×5 @ 60%
5 Minute EMOM:
8 wall balls (20# for me)
8 Box Jumps (24” for me)
5 minute EMOM:
8 KB swings (70#)
5 Handstand pushups
Super fun day. Then just messed around with some random stuff and called it a night. I love my deload week! But I’m ready to start lifting heavy!!!!!!!!!
