It’s blizzarding. I hate snow. Snow sucks. I don’t like driving 20 miles an hour everywhere, having your boots and shoes get all wet and cold, and everything gets all dirty and slushy. Oh well.
Today’s wod…. a NICE LITTLE CHIPPER!!!!!! (Sarcasm) (I hate chippers)
22 MINUTE AMRAP:
70 Double Unders
60 Kettlebell Swings
50 abmat sit ups
40 wall balls
20 ring dips
10 turkish get ups
Once you get done with the turkish get ups, work your way back up until time expires. I got to the wall balls. (NO BUTTERFLY PULLUPS ALLOWED)
Took a 5 minute rest, and then for fun:
8 MINUTE EMOM
I made sure that every minute my burpees took around 20 seconds. I was successful with that until the 7th minute, when they took around 24 seconds.
Then fooled around with some handstand walks and deficit handstand pushups and called it a day. Rest day tomorrow, THANK GOD!! AND THEN IT’S BACK TO LIFTING HEAVY THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!
