It’s only Tuesday, and my body is feeling a tad beat up! I kind of like it though…… it reminds you that you’re doing something!!!!! :)

Clean and Jerk: 3 sets of doubles, 85%, 5 sets of singles, 90%

WOD:

21-15-9

Deadlift (225/160)

Box Jumps (24/20)

Rest 3 minutes, then:

21-15-9

Overhead Squat (75/55)

KB Swings (53//35)

30-30-30 Double unders

My double unders sucked today! Not on point at all. After those clean and jerks I felt a little weird and rushed into the wod… so even though it was fun, I felt like I wasn’t moving too well. I went unbroken on everything until I got to the third set of double unders and just lost my rhythm and got a little messed up. Oh well.

Was supposed to squat and press today but I’m moving it to tomorrow because my knee is bothering me and my shoulders are insanely tight and achey.

Finished the day off with 5 sets of strict ring dips.
