Not in the mood for a clever title, so we’ll just call it Sunday. Was going to take today off but decided I needed to move around a little bit and get rid of this soreness from yesterday’s torture session.
Today was super short.
Snatch off blocks: Worked up to a heavy triple
Deadlift: 1 x 5 reps at 65%, 1 x 5 reps at 75%, 1 x AMRAP at 85% (My hands are torn apart and hurt like a bitch from yesterday, so these just sucked.)
Bench: 1 x 5 reps at 65%, 1 x 5 reps at 75%, 1 x AMRAP at 85%
Just call me 2 Chainz.
