Anyway, I woke up today with my neck hurting like hell. I woke up a couple times in the middle of the night because any position I was in was uncomfortable… and the nagging just wouldn’t go away! Oh well…. that’s life sometimes. We’re 9 days out from me leaving this town forever and ever and ever…… YES! My workout today was actually pretty solid, despite the stiffness in my neck.

CLEAN COMPLEX- 3 SECOND PULL FROM FLOOR TO KNEE, PAUSE, THEN PULL. FROM MID THIGH, 3 SECOND DESCENT TO BELOW KNEES, THEN FULL CLEAN.- Doubles on the minute across 5 sets.

CLEAN COMPLEX DOS- 10 SECOND PULL + CLEAN. Doubles across 5 sets.

5 MINUTE EMOM (EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE):

2 Power Cleans @70% (Started off with 3, but my neck started to hurt.)

Strict Press: 7 sets x 2 reps . Increase load each set.

Back Squat:

Set 1: 5 reps @ 70%

Set 2: 3 reps @ 75%

Set 3: 3 reps @ 80%

Set 4: 2 reps @ 85%

Set 5: 2 reps @ 90%

Set 6: 10 reps @ 70%

MOBILITY: 20 MINUTES
