Clean: 3 reps x 5 sets @ 65-70%

Front Squat

Set 1: 5 @ 75%

Set 2: 3 @ 80%

Set 3: 1 @ 85%

Set 4: 5 @ 80%

Set 5: 3 @ 85%

Set 6: 1 @ 90%

Set 7: 5 @ 85%

Set 8: 3 @ 90%

Set 9: 1 @ 95%

As you can probably imagine, the set of 3 @ 90% was frickin’ painful. I was about to throw in the towel on the last rep… but I didn’t. That shit sucked!

Snatch Deadlift: 110% 3 reps x 2 sets, 115% 3 sets x 3 reps

MObility: 20 minutes

that’s it today guys. The last workout in Macomb, Illinois…… THANK HEAVENS! Kept it short and sweet because to be completely honest, I wanted to get the hell out of there.
