Today I was extra tired. I went to McDonald’s and got a humongous coffee with 3 shots of espresso and felt a tad better….. but just still felt kinda off. The first few days of my new program have been a lot of shit… BUT ALSO LOTS OF FUN!!!!

3 Position Clean- Floor, Below Knee, Mid knee @ 60%, 65%, 70% x 4 sets (for each percentage)

Clean Pull: 100% 2 sets x 3 reps, 105% 2 reps x 3 sets

Front Squat: 5 sets x 3 reps @ 70%

RDL: 3-3-3-3-3

Very short and easy day today after a tooooon of work yesterday. Tomorrow is another day full of volume and intensity…. I’m excited! I’m going to be doing 4 shots of espresso in the coffee…
