Well, I just completely destroyed some ice cream sandwiches, Doritos, Frango mints, and Hawaiian bread. Oops. I have no idea why I’ve been dying for everything besides healthy food this week but here’s what I can tell you… it’s bad news bears. Oh well. It’s max out week….. KP NEEDS THE CALORIES!!!!!! 😉

So today I hurt my knee and wasn’t able to go for a 3RM front squat… Hopefully it’ll be feeling better tomorrow so I’ll be able to do what I need to. Although I was supposed to test for a max on a 3 position clean, I kinda just went for a PR from the floor. Which I made (yay!) but then missed from the hang. Oh well! I feel like 3 rep and 5 rep maxes are designed for you to fail. Is that just me? Probably….

Then I found this awesome ass stuff that smells amazing and supposedly is like Epsom salt on steroids. We’ll see if I feel ready to go tomorrow. Maybe an Epsom salt 2.0 bath and about 250g of sugary carbs will have me feeling good tomorrow morning!

What I also want to note is that I rarely ever wear a belt or sleeves unless I’m really, REALLY hurting. I’ve worn my sleeves 2 or 3 times before today…… and I ordered them back in December. Yeah… my knees might implode.

Romanian Deadlift: 5-5-5-5-5

Reverse Hyperextension + 20# added: 3 sets x 10 reps, pausing for a second at the top of each rep

Back Extension: Holding 35# barbell with snatch grip, arms completely straight, bar kept level with the face… 3 sets x 10 reps (HOLY ASSCHEEK BURN!!!!!)

Bench: 5-5-3-3-1-1

Extra Short Mini Strict “Wod” 

5-4-3-2-1

Strict Chin Ups

Strict Handstand Pushups

Weighted Chin Ups: 5 sets x 3 reps + 35 pounds
