IT’S JUST RAINING PR’S THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!! I HIT 2 NEW PR’S TODAY AND I AM ABSOLUTELY ECSTATIC!!!!!! Wooooo! Not to mention it was beautiful outside, I spent my entire day at the gym (literally.. from 7am until 6pm) and felt like a million bucks. I also had a killer lunch on our reverse hyperextension, which has turned into the communal office/desk/ and now dining room table. And, Obviously the knee felt better….. hehe! :)

Power Snatch from blocks (above knee): 3RM (I missed the last rep, but hit 2 reps at a weight I’ve never even hit from the floor before! WOO!!!!)

Snatch High Panda Pull: 75% 3 sets x 3 reps, 80% 2 sets x 3 reps

Front Squat: 3RM (HIT A PR!!!)

Behind the neck Snatch Grip Push Press: Go for a heavy set of 5 (not max)

2 Muscle ups + 5 dips (complete dips at the top of the last muscle up): 5 sets

This week has been absolutely brutal. I’ve done some pretty nasty ass wods, but maxing out on weight is always a million times more demanding… physically and mentally. I’ve done horrible wods that lasted 40+ minutes, but none of them have been as taxing as maxing out with the lifts. I’m ecstatic that after another brutal day tomorrow, this 5rep/3rep max week hell is over. I have to say, though…. I haven’t hit PRs like this in probably a year. I’ll be celebrating with some fun in the sun and extra naughty food this weekend…. YEAH!!!!!!!!
