Another BEAUTIFUL day…. and we got some new toys!!!!! Some brand spankin’ new slick and shiny Bella bars…. some HEAYV ASS kettle bells…. and farmer’s carry handles! SO EXCITED to break everything in tomorrow…. the 106 pound kettlebell just looks ridiculous.. I tried swinging that thing today and it nearly took me with it! A kettlebell that’s 25 pounds under my bodyweight is a scary thought. I’m still hurting really bad… I feel groggy and tired and my body is just plain beat up. Deload weeks hurt more than regular weeks! Sheesh! This week will be lots of conditioning and accessory work… along with, of course, lifting :)

Power Clean: 70% 2 reps x 5 sets

1 Minute Wall Balls (I used 20#)

1 Minute Toes to Bar

1 Minute Hang Power Cleans (I used 135#)

1 Minute Burpees

100m Sprint

And that’s it! Easy and simple day. The rest of the week will be similar… pretty low volume and obviously low percentages. I’m already itching to start back up next week…… 😀
