Today was gloomy and rainy and I wasn’t quite in the mood for lifting… but once I got the blood flowing things started going well! Snatching felt off but besides that I’d say it was a pretty successful day!

Clean and Jerk: 60% 2+1, 65% 2+1 x2, 70% 2+1 x3

Snatch From Blocks (above knee): 60%x2, 70% 2 reps x 3 sets

Front Squat: 70% 2 reps x 5 sets

Skill: Double Unders

Skill: Bar Muscle ups

WOD: “NATE”

20 Minute AMRAP

2 Muscle Ups

4 Strict handstand pushups

8 Kettlebell Swings (I used the monster 88 pounder)
