TODAY WAS AN AMAZING DAY!!!! Hit another PR, drank a shitload of coffee, and treated myself to a boatload of chocolate and bread. YEAH GLUTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like lots of heavy whipping cream.
Clean and Jerk: 60% 3+1, 65% 3+1, 70% 2+1, 75% 2+1 x 4 sets. (Go up in weight the last few sets if you feel good. I moved up.)
Clean From High Blocks (mid thigh): Doubles at around 75%-80% for 5 sets
Clean Pull from High Blocks: 100% (of clean) 3×3
Front Squat: 70%x2, 75%x2, 80% x 2 reps x 3 sets. This is when I went up in weight, realized I felt good, and said ”DAMN! I’M GOING TO TEST FOR A MAX!” And I PR’d! SEE! High fat diets work for me.
WARRIOR WOUNDS!!! Don’t ask me how I bled, because I have no idea.
