Then I worked on more power snatching for another hour after this with about 75%. I was working on not jumping my feet out quite so wide when the weight started getting really heavy, and learning how to come to a dead stop a little bit lower (but obviously not past parallel). I put two 5 pound plates next to my feet to ensure that I wouldn’t move my feet past them… and, after an hour of using the plates, when I removed them, BAM! No more wide feet. The body is crazy, huh?

This was brutal. I was kind of in a pissy mood, so I took all my aggression out on this wod and I felt pretty great afterwards. On to the next day!
