Knee is still pretty fucked. But it’s kind of at the point now where I’m like, screw it, I wanna lift, let’s LIFT, BITCHES!!!!!! I’m also in Colorado, and since I don’t work out here, I can’t really do whatever is programmed for me for the day… I kind of have to do the ACTUAL scheduled plan for the Crossfit gym’s day….. That will be odd. Haven’t done that in a while! Hehe. Before my flight this morning, though, I hit my home crossfit gym at 4am to get some work in. And yes, it was pretty grand…. and yes, my knees are screaming at me to take a break.

Power snatch: 80% 2 reps x 5 sets (Raise weight if feeling good. I only raised weight for the last set…ouch.)

Hang Power Snatch: 2 reps x 3 sets @ 75%

Power Clean + High Hang Power Clean: 75% x 5 sets

Push Press: 3-3-3-3-3

That’s it guys. Also, eating healthy while traveling isn’t all that hard. It’s only hard if you make it hard. Here’s what I ate today…. (ONLY 2 OF THE ITEMS WERE BROUGHT FROM HOME… EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FROM THE RESTAURANTS!)

Breakfast, 10 am, at airport: 3 eggs with diced green pepper, cheddar cheese, ham, and 1 slice bacon. Also had a Good Greens Bar (brought from home)

1pm: 1 Pack of Justin’s Plain Almond Butter (A little more than 2 tablespoons)

4:30pm, at the restaurant: Asked for my buffalo burger with no bun, salad with no croutons, and my dressing of olive oil and vinegar on the side.

Right now it’s 7:41 pm, and I’m kinda feeling hungry. I went to the grocery store and bought a bunch of avocados, vegetables, and pre cooked meat since there’s no kitchenette in my hotel room. See how easy it can be? It’s only difficult if you make it fuckin’ difficult.

Also, this is my first day without any coffee. We’ll see how long this lasts.
